With flaschenpost, Peter Keilbach expands the mailbox line of Keilbachdesign.
As usual, clear elementary forms with precise design and high-quality materials are the distinguishing characteristics. What is unusual however, is the inspiration: the message in a bottle.

Mailboxes often have something in common: they show only upon opening if there‘s something inside. The transparency of flaschenpost creates pleasant
anticipation from a great distance.
The reduced design and the diverse installation possibilities allow for outstanding combination with all house types, from country-historic to cool-modern. Free-standing or on the wall, alone or in groups. Or playfully.
Flaschenpost doesn‘t have to be accurately mounted: in a bunch, crooked on wooden posts, hanging in a tree, it‘s all up to the unique vision of the residents.

The flaschenpost frame is made of high-strength, impact-resistant and UV-resistant plastic, a high-tech material, that was developed for the toughest use. The stainless steel mail slot protects with a fl ap against driving rain. The retrieval door, also made of stainless steel, is secured with a lock. Furthermore, we offer the choice of a stainless steel stand or waterproofed post for free-standing installation.
