As a standard font we use „AvantGarde“, „Swiss“ or „Swiss Outline“ in black or the colour of your choice. Of course, you also have the choice of other fonts.

Replacement Parts
For all products, replacement parts like flaps, locks, name plates etc., are also delivered.

Custom Production
We also manufacture mailboxes, doorbell plates, house numbers, among other products, according to your specifications. Simply let us know what you‘d like.

Colour Selection
In addition to our listed colours we also varnish all RAL colours and custom powder colours according to your desire.

Stainless Steel Surfaces
We deliver stainless steel items serially in V2A quality. V4A quality is also possible upon request. The surfaces are matt brushed.

Product Care Tips
Please regularly clean all products, especially stainless steel products exposed
to dirt or aggressive environmental influences (i.e. saline air). Only in this way is a long lifetime guaranteed. The powder coated surfaces as well as the stainless steel and anodised aluminium surfaces should be cleaned with warm water and a household cleaning agent. Stainless steel components can also be treated with customary stainless steel cleaning agent.

Please don‘t use any mechanically acting or oxide dissolving cleaning products.
These corrode the anodised coating and destroy the surfaces. Door and lock
hinges should be treated with a special cleaning agent, at least twice a year.

Guarantee
We issue a five year General Product Guarantee on all of our products. In addition you get a 10 year guarantee against rust penetration.

This guarantee is invalid for:

• corrosion damages resulting from rust fi lm,
• damages to aluminium parts, resulting from contact with plaster, chalk, cement or similar substances,
• products upon which changes or installations unauthorised by Max Knobloch were made
• damages resulting from mechanical influences (especially vandalism),
• damages resulting from inapproriate use, improper care, signs of wear, inappropriate
• cleaning agents or natural catastrophies

A condition of this guarantee is that electrical parts are installed by a qualified
professional electrician.

Fastening Material
All mailboxes are delivered with fastening material for wall installation.

Name Plates
All mailboxes have either integrated name plates or include self-adhesive, engravable name plates.
